Isaiah 1 is not a gentle opening. It is a covenant lawsuit. God calls heaven and earth as witnesses and brings His case against Israel, not because they stopped worshiping, but because they never stopped. The sacrifices were still happening. The feasts, the prayers, the offerings, all of it still very much in motion. That was precisely the problem.
